I have been using this protein for three weeks now and recovery has genuinely improved., Muscle soreness feels lower and I am able to train legs twice a week without feeling dead. Mixes well in water and does not feel heavy.

For 26g protein per scoop at this price, I think it is a solid deal.

I have a sensitive stomach so I was unsure at first but surprisingly this digests very easily for me and got no bloating or weird aftertaste.

The flavor is mild, not too sweet. I actually prefer that because it does not feel artificial. Works well when blended with ice.
